Meet Fox Dog, A Pomeranian-Husky Mix Who Is Taking The Internet By Storm (12 Pics)

If you think that this beautiful creature is a fox, think again. Nor is it a fire-type Pokémon or the fox from the Mozilla Firefox icon. It’s a Pomsky. Called Mya. And it might just be the cutest dog we’ve ever seen.

If you’re still wondering what a Pomsky is, it’s a cross between a Pomeranian and a Husky, and while it might not be able to pull a snowsled, Mya can certainly pull in the crowds. A picture of her recently appeared on Reddit and users instantly fell in love with her bright blue eyes and her Vixen-like appearance. And can you really blame them? Look at her. Just look at her!

Mya lives with her human Dave Lasio in South Florida, but only when she’s not traveling around the various states of America. You can follow her adventures on Instagram.

  1. For people complaining about this dog being a designer breed. You have no idea if this dog is a rescue or not. For another thing designer dogs, mixed breeds and mutts have less health issues than pure breds. One problem is people just keep breeding dogs and they need to spay and neuter. There are so many dogs in rescues and shelters and people don’t care they just go and buy a puppy or breed dogs anyways. This is part of the problem. A lot of dogs in shelters and rescues if they aren’t pit bulls or Chihuahuas they are mixed breeds or mutts. When people don’t spay and neuter dogs take off and a female dog gets pregnant puppies can have two fathers. I hate when people call dogs mongrels it is so mean. A lot of you would probably get mad because I have a mixed breed and a designer breed as well as a pure bred. But don’t judge a book by it’s cover. All 3 of ours are rescues. Abby my Cocker Spaniel came from a high kill shelter they rescued her off the streets are you saying if she were a mutt, mixed breed or designer breed they shouldn’t have rescued her. Our mixed breed is a Standard Daushund Boston terrier mix and he is beautiful he was adopted as a puppy from the rescue I volunteer for and foster for and brought back two years later. The people never paid attention to Zeusy he was put in their yard and ignored. He had no training and so he was passed around from home to home. So when I brought him home as a foster we decided we weren’t going to allow him to be bounced around anymore. Our pomchi Ruby was one of those rare unwanted puppies. She was my foster and it had been a couple months and no one seemed to want to adopt her so we kept her. I hate that people sit here and judge people for having mutts, mixed breeds and designer breeds when they don’t know the whole story. These same people complaining go out and buy pure bred puppies, don’t spay and neuter and breed dogs. The excuse I often hear is they want them health checked or they want them to be well behaved or they want a certain breed. Any dogs health can’t be 100% guaranteed, behavior depends on the dog not the breed and has a lot to do with how they are raised, Finally any breed you can buy from a breeder you can find at a shelter or rescue, there is one other one that bugs me. That one is the people who think it is good to breed their dogs once before they are fixed. I have seen infected uteruses of dogs people waited to have fixed. I have seen behavior improvements when they are fixed.
