8. Cinnamon: No way! The oils in cinnamon can irritate a dog’s mouth and lead to diarrhea, vomiting, and liver disease. Definitely keep this away from your pup!
Cinnamon is a hard no-no for your dog. None of the side effects of your dog getting some cinnamon are likely to be good. So, it is much better just to keep it far away from places that your dog can get to. This goes for cinnamon-flavored food and candies, as well.
Just be sure to keep them on the high shelf, and not by the edge of the counter. Safety is key here!
