Evil Losers Toss Dog Out Of Moving Car On Busy Road Knowing That It’ll Kill Him

A tiny 3-year-old dog named Elf has miraculously survived after being hurled from a moving car on a busy street in Chicago.

A young girl noticed Elf being tossed out from the car at about 8 PM in the evening. She immediately ran to Elf but the car had disappeared by then.

The girl scooped up the injured dog and took him to the hospital with the help of her mother. Elf, a white Bichon, received an emergency surgery for a dislocated hip and pelvis fracture.

The vet staff were appalled by Elf’s plight, and believed that the dog wouldn’t have survived if it wasn’t for the bystanders’ immediate rescue.

Elf was initially under the care of “Friends of Chicago Animal Care and Control”, and has now been transferred to “Small Paws Rescue”.

The shelter workers are looking at a total of $7,000-$8,000 toward Elf’s vet bills. If you wish to donate and help Elf recover, you can visit the shelter’s website here.

Investigators tracked Elf’s previous owners through a microchip, but the owners say they had surrendered the dog. They were unable to give further details.
