Just like pit bulls, Rottweilers are often misunderstood and thought to be violent, vicious dogs that should be feared. Many people think that they shouldn’t even be let into a home!

And of course, that logic is exactly right. You totally should not let a Rottweiler into your house for these reasons. Just look at these ferocious creatures and tell me if you would want one in your family.

1. Just look at this vicious beast.

2. They’re total freeloaders.

3. They can’t stop smiling.

4. They have to be carried.

5. Rottweilers sleep in silly positions

6. They’ll follow you everywhere.

7. They won’t get along with cats.

8. They’ll wear your clothes better than you can.

9. They’ll make this mean-looking face.

10. They’ll eat everything – and hide the rest.

    No , couldn’t read the article. But rotties, pitbulls and german shepherds they all have a bad name, and I’m sick of it. I dont care if this is sarcastic or not. It’s not the breed, its always the owner who makes dogs bad.

    These dogs, like the Dobermans they helped to create are majestic, noble loving creatures. I wish the headline had read “30 Reasons Why Rottweilers are NOT…” Headlines like that can be deceiving when the real message we need to see is that Rotties are not dangerous.

    Yes. I had one she pass away six years ago. And I wanted another one but just could fine one until last year. And I couldn’t be more happy with her. They are s good dog. If you don’t have one you should get one. Best dogs I had every had in a long time. I love lab very much but my Rottie is so sweet to other people and other dogs.
