   If I could get a hold of that animal owner, I’d lock her in a car in the middle of the desert with the windows up and no water just to see how she liked feeling what her dog must have felt! SOME people should NEVER be allowed within a mile of animals!

    To which the “owner” responds:

    owner should have at the very least been fined; if you can’t take care of animal you shouldn’t be allowed to have one, plain and simple. They should lock her in the car for “5 minutes” with the windows up to teach her a lesson.
