This is horrible. The lady that owns this dog ought to have it taken away from her. She is not a good dog owner. There is no excuse for not having the window down a little bit, so there was air circulating throughout the vehicle. This owner is a jerk. I wish they had taken the dog away from her, or at least fined her. Make her learn a lesson the hard way.

Honestly I wish people would chill and mind their own business. Yes it’s wrong to leave your dog in a hot car, obviously. The dog owner should have been cited, fined and made to pay for the ‘service’ of rescuing her dog. An appropriate punishment would be community service, perhaps at a dog shelter.
