In romantic relationships, it’s usually a bad sign when things come down to an ultimatum. When one person forces the other to make an impossible choice, it’s usually a sign of larger problems in the relationship, and suddenly they all come to a head in one drastic dilemma.

When this man and his girlfriend discussed moving in together, there was a problem: his girlfriend hated his dog. So, she made him choose: it was either her or the dog…

This man and his girlfriend wanted to move in together, but she despised his beagle Molly. So she gave him a choice: her or me.

Soon after, he made this ad on Craigslist: “My girlfriend does not like my beagle Molly. SO I have to rehome her.”

LOL! That’s a tough position to be in, but it sounds like that guy definitely made the right call. Making somebody give up their pet is simply too much to ask!

    I love all animals specially my Dachshunds…but a long time ago I was put in the same dilema by my wife : me or your motorcycle…I said : my motorcycle stays, you already know the way out…this was 53 years ago…the two are here yet…lol

    First off I’d tell her I want the dog to stay for the night and I’ll take her… Then I would hit that$#%&!@*one more time…. Then the next morning I would tell her that I changed my mind, I’m keeping the dog… Then show her to the door like I was planning originally!!

    Well said Julie, if I met a lady who had a dog I would absolutely love it, not be jealous and asking her to get rid of it. To me people who dont like animals and more so dogs have cold hearts. I think when one partner has a dog it makes the relationship that much more fun anyway
