Cruel woman is caught abusing her Dog, the punishment is unexpected and creative!

Judge Cicconetti of Painesville, Ohio likes to do things a bit differently in his courtroom.

He believes in trulymaking the punishment fit the crime, which often results in creative and unexpected sentences.

This past September, Alyssa Morrow pleaded guilty to animal cruelty. She left her dog, Moose, locked up inside her dirt-ridden house. For an entire week, Moose was all alone with no one to take care of him.

When he was finally rescued, his saviors were shocked and appalled by his condition. Moose’s fur was falling out.

He was starving and thirsty. Rather than throwing her in jail like most judges would do, Judge Cicconetti made Alyssa – Dog Abuser  do something that many people would find much more repulsive.

First, he spoke on behalf of Moose, noting how frightened he must have been during his abandonment.

Then, Judge Cicconetti looked Alyssa – Dog Abuser  right in the eyes and said.

“Maybe you should get a little taste of that, but I’m going to let you have a choice here, and the choice is I want you to live like Moose, and in order to do that I want you to go down to the county dump, to the landfill, and I want them to find the stinkiest smelliest god-awful odor place they can find in that dump and I want you to sit there for 8 hours tomorrow, to think what you did to that dog while you smell the odor. If you puke, you puke.”

Do you think the punishment fits the crime?

  1. Not severe enough. I would have made her spend at least 6 months to a full year there, all alone. Zero visit from anyone. And afterward, she would not be allowed to have a dog ever again. If she even dared to look at one, I’d throw her back into that place, for a longer period of time. Acts like this should not be forgiven. Or maybe I’d just beat her to a bloody pulp and let her die in a pool of her own blood.

  2. Did you even read the article or watch the video? She has to check in with workers at the dump and news was covering it so they filmed her picking up garbage in the dump.

  3. I don’t think the punishment was harsh enough. She left the dog for a week without food or water. Dog abusers should have their faces plastered all over the place. Put them on a Wall of Shame.

  4. No food no water no comfortable bed no bathroom no love no heat no airconditioning no one to talk to in total filth no fresh air for a week and all the punishment she got was eight hours of picking up trash? She got off easy the good part is the dog is healthy now and up for adoption

  5. Yeh I think that judge is definitely on to something. People need to face more of a fitting punishment, jail isn’t always the best option in all cases! For her though I think she got off light, only 8 hours in a dump!! Hell no!!! Force her to live without food and water for several days!!!
