Cruel woman is caught abusing her Dog, the punishment is unexpected and creative!

Judge Cicconetti of Painesville, Ohio likes to do things a bit differently in his courtroom.

He believes in trulymaking the punishment fit the crime, which often results in creative and unexpected sentences.

This past September, Alyssa Morrow pleaded guilty to animal cruelty. She left her dog, Moose, locked up inside her dirt-ridden house. For an entire week, Moose was all alone with no one to take care of him.

When he was finally rescued, his saviors were shocked and appalled by his condition. Moose’s fur was falling out.

He was starving and thirsty. Rather than throwing her in jail like most judges would do, Judge Cicconetti made Alyssa – Dog Abuser  do something that many people would find much more repulsive.

First, he spoke on behalf of Moose, noting how frightened he must have been during his abandonment.

Then, Judge Cicconetti looked Alyssa – Dog Abuser  right in the eyes and said.

“Maybe you should get a little taste of that, but I’m going to let you have a choice here, and the choice is I want you to live like Moose, and in order to do that I want you to go down to the county dump, to the landfill, and I want them to find the stinkiest smelliest god-awful odor place they can find in that dump and I want you to sit there for 8 hours tomorrow, to think what you did to that dog while you smell the odor. If you puke, you puke.”

Do you think the punishment fits the crime?

  1. What is happening dachshund lovers you are flooding us with animal cruelty posts nothing to do with dachshund lovers, I wish every dog was in a loving family lying by the fire, I can’t save them all but you guys are using this news thread inappropriately

  2. Well done your Honor. While it would have been nice to have been a bit harsher maybe, I think this could make a point with this person. Hopefully she is not allowed to own a pet in the future.

  3. How is this a punishment? 8 hours sitting around something that smells does not make up for nearly killing a dog. This will do nothing to stop her from abusing another animal.

  4. I’m all for what he made her do. But I think she should of stayed at the dump for a week though …But the punishment he gave her love it and she deserve it 100%..we need more judges like this in the world..

  5. She should be locked up in her stinky filthy house with no air conditioning, food or water. Leave her locked up in the same disgusting environment she left her dog to suffer in. A Version of Hallelujah That You Won’t Soon Forget – She Leaves Them Speechless!

  6. So she ended up just picking up trash? I would have actually made her sit in a pile of$#%&!@* and not for 8 hours, but for a week without food and water. Completely alone. I like the judge’s idea, but it didn’t seem sufficient.
