Brazilian Boy, Age 11, Bathes Stray Dogs On Saturdays To Improve Their Chances Of Adoption

Brazilian child Thiago, 11, is doing his part extremely seriously and is aware of this.

As part of his “Sou de rua mas to limpinho” (I’m homeless but I’m clean) project, the young man roams the streets of Antônio Prado in search of stray dogs to bathe and get them ready for adoption.

Thiago definitely cares deeply about animals and serves as an excellent role model for many.

The youngster refuses to eat any meat products because he finds it difficult to comprehend that many animals are born only to be grown as food for humans.

According to Thiago’s father Eduardo, “The project idea was born in the end of 2020. He also had the notion to bathe, dress, and scent the stray dogs before releasing them back onto the streets. so that they would be more positively perceived by others and thus have a greater chance of being adopted.

He devotes Saturdays to bathing the rescued canines that are up for adoption I take pictures since a good picture boosts a dog’s chances of being adopted. 47 stray animals have received baths as a result of his project thus far.

Thiago frequently collaborates with neighborhood stores that provide free pet food and shampoo.

Numerous dogs have already received a wash from Thiago, who posts pictures of them on Instagram.

For all of us to work more and improve the lives of abandoned animals, the 11-year-old is a terrific example.
