Duncan Lou Who, as many of you know by now, only has two front legs (you can see Duncan Lou Who running when he was a pup, as well as him having a blast during his first trip to the beach).
To keep his body in the best condition possible he partakes in physical therapy, massage therapy & hydrotherapy to relieve the excess stressors on his joints, muscles & spine.
He also has a custom wheelchair to relieve the weight on his spine for long walks or outings.
