A long time ago my husband took our then pointer to a local park. The dog ran off and after a while my husband had to go to the loo. Concerned I drove out to the park and Heidi was hanging around the area my husband last saw her. I opened the door for her and she got in. When he got home hours later I was tempted to let him think the dog got home by herself.
