Nekelle, who is a U.S. Army veteran of 8 years, says that there was nothing she could do to stop her frightened dog from running away.

She and her family spent the rest of the New Year’s night looking for Bella. They drove around every alley but there was absolutely no trace of the missing dog.

Nekelle is now offering a reward of $100 for Bella’s safe return. Nekelle has raised Bella since she was a puppy, and is heavily dependent on the comfort pooch to get by.

She’s in a constant state of fear regarding her tiny dog’s safety, and hopes that someone helps Bella return to her rightful home.
