A family’s dog passed away. 2 days later, they received a sign that let them know everything was Ok

Bandit the dog was everything to the Callaghan family. They rescued him years ago and were his fourth home. He had an array of health problems, but the Callaghans always did their best to keep him happy.

Two days after Bandit had passed away, his human mom noticed something that gave her chills. Bandit’s water bowl was still left out, since the family had been too busy grieving to pack up his belongings.

When she looked down at it, she was shocked to see that the remaining water had formed a smiley face inside the bowl.

Some might think this is just a coincidence and the natural settling of water, but Callaghan believes it’s a sign from doggy heaven to let her know that Bandit is okay.

Callaghan’s daughter, Catie, snapped a photo of the smiley face bowl and posted it on Twitter. It quickly went viral, getting over 13,000 retweets. Hundreds of Twitter users offered their condolences.

Another person replied to her tweet with a similar picture stating, “I had the same thing! Early 2015; cried on the drive to work because I missed my dog. Looked down & saw this.”

So maybe doggie heaven exists after all! But we already know that all dogs go to heaven!

  1. you know what is funny is the reason I liked and followed this page is because I LOVE Doberman’s. I love all dogs, especially doberman’s. This page rarely posts about dobermans….

  2. My miniature schnauzer died a week and a half ago and I was grieving myself sick she meant that much to me. I was sitting in my chair with my legs up crying and all of a sudden something bumped my chair. No one was in the house and I know that it was her because she used to that when she wanted me to pet her. I sent 14 years with my Pollyanna and I will grieve for her the rest of my life.

  3. Yes i have always believed in doggie kitty heaven as i have seen to many warm good deeds done by animals who i know in their passing must receive a mighty reward. I expect to see my babies in heaven

  4. We came home from vets just put my dog to forever sleep that night my other dog barked his playful bark that he used on her to play when she was lying down in the middle of driveway I went outside and told him that she came home to this day I can still hear her bark on special occasions people might think that I’m crazy I to gave her a home❤

  5. My wife and I lost our almost 14 year old boxer on 3/3. She was very first pet, so needless to say her death was overwhelming. The next day we decided to get out of the house and get a bite to eat. As we were walking toward the door we some a little girl moving in our direction pretty quickly. Just as we came around the car we noticed a puppy boxer pulling her as if she was trying to get to us. When she finally got to us she was licking and jumping all over us. I had the biggest smile the entire lunch. It was as if our baby had sent her to us to let us know she was just fine.
