There’s no better day for a shelter dog than the one when they finally get to walk out of their kennel and into their new life with a forever family.

Aimmee the pit bull was adopted from the Carson Animal Care Center in Los Angeles. Little is known about her past, but her cropped ears and scarred body point to a life of dogfighting.

But now she is completely overjoyed as she makes her freedom walk toward her new life.
