Bandit the bull lived a life tied to a chain. The bull has never known a life of freedom and liberty. This all changed when a man came to rescue him. The bull’s reaction to freedom is quickly going viral.
Across the world, bulls similar to Bandit live their life in chains. Many of them give up and pass away without ever experiencing freedom. Animal abuse is a prevalent issue in our world, and it needs to be addressed.
Fortunately, one animal refuge named Gut Aiderbichl is determined to make a difference. Christian, a sanctuary worker, heard of Bandit’s story, and immediately took action. He went to find Bandit in his confined stable. When he found the bull, Christian first pets the bull through the bars to show that he’s not hear to harm him. It’s evident at this moment that Bandit has never known what affection feels like, but over time, Bandit falls to his knees with Christian’s touch.
Then, Christian remove the shackles from Bandit’s feet, and the bull jumps and moves around with joy. He has longed for this day, and his freedom has finally come!
Bandit’s “dance of freedom” is touching, and it’s something that all animals should have the right to do.

It must’ve been very hard for them being able to only rescue one and not all of them.

Why why why why? Why would you chain an animal up? I think the person that chained the bull up should be chained up

So horrible that any animal should be chained and locked up their whole life. Makes me sick.

This cleary wasn’t videoed in America by that is beside the point. Maybe wherever this was taken, this barn is the best housing available, maybe they only eat in this barn to keep their food ration clean, maybe they are turned out at night…none of us actually know but what we do know, is this bull has been handled by a human and clearly is not afraid of them, he just let a complete stranger come in and unhook his strap, and then in another shot, someone else is standing behind him, then in another shot he walks and loads effortlessly into a trailer and just stands there, no stress, no worries which tells me.. he has done this before. Cattle who have not been handled by humans do not act this way and even some that have been handled by humans but never moved do not act this way. Again, this video is an animal activist attempt to pull at the heart strings of people. Not all people are out to hurt animals, to take advantage of animals to profit off the suffering of animals. There are good and bad, which is the same to say about breeders, rescuers and shelters. Let’s not paint with such a broad stroke and let’s not be fooled and let’s listen to each other and learn from each others strengths and experience.

Very thankful for the people that rescue and help our animals. I can never begin to understand why people are so cruel to any animal.
