    My black lab was afraid of sounds, vacuum, thunder, lawn mower, fireworks, etc. She would run and hide. One time I caught sitting in a corner with her head in the corner when it was thundering. She definitely wasn’t abused. Had her from a pup. It was just her thing. NOW my new pup, a charcoal male isn’t afraid of a darn thing, actually annoyingly follows me around when I vacuum. Lol. They’re all different.

    We have two Labs and everything stated in this posting is right on target. The only exception was the one about making cookies. Our Lab tried to make candy. When we returned home after going out for a dinner we found that he had frosted the kitchen floor with a 5# bag of powdered sugar. OMG what a mess.
