This unlikely friendship is just incredible! Lions are known to be the king of the jungle. They are one of nature’s deadliest predators. Who would’ve thought that a 500 lb lion would become friends with three Dachshunds!

However, Bonedigger is not your usual lion. Bonedigger is friends with 3 little Dachshund dogs! When they first met, it seems that the puppies instinctively knew that Bonedigger has a metabolic bone disease. Bonedigger was just 4 weeks old when they met and it seemed like the puppies wanted to protect him.

One of Bonedigger’s doggy friends is named Milo. Milo is especially close with Bonedigger; he loves to take care of him and even imitates Bonedigger’s roar!

    I actually think that’s what makes animal friendships more beautiful. They show us that where there is no need to hunt to eat, even animals can live in peace with other species. Humans are yet to achieve this. We still choose to eat meat & hunt for sport, even though we have no need to.

    Tell that to the polar bear huskie friendship where actually it appeared like a human friendship yet was really the polar bear playing with its prey, before it tore the poor husky apart and ate it alive.

    Yes but why put the poor dogs in so much danger this is not meant to be and just one moment and things could change lions will kill that’s there way of life and this sought of thing is wrong.
