35 Healthiest Human Foods You Can Feed Your Dog (And The 12 That Could Kill Your Dog)

Ever wonder what foods you can safely give to your beloved dogs besides the boring “dog food” you feed them everyday?

Most pet experts agree that giving your dog “human” is not advisable. Sharing our processed, high-in-sugar-and-fat-foods with our pets could lead to them developing serious health issues.

But are there any other foods that we eat that you can give them to spice up their meals?

  1. Don’t know what your doing wrong ….my pug was so easy to train .during the day goes on his pad till I get home to take him out . Obedient smart doesn’t want my food when I’m eating .. could care less about sweets I have drop some on the floor ..glad he’s the way he is…minds so good and sleeps wrapped around my head lol

  2. Grapes are a dangerous NO NO for dogs!! Whoever put this article together needs to get their facts straight. Our Pugs get NO people food, only an occasional piece of chicken when I stew it for a soup. And believe me, they no when that’s cooking.

  3. Grapes are a nono my pug stole a mince pie out of my hubby’s lunchbox and I caught her after she had eaten it. I rang the emergency vets and they said to take her straight away and she had an injection to make her really sick for an hour. Please don’t give them grapes xx

  4. Ode like to know why my pug keeps getting a ear infection and it’s only one ear that he gets it in ? And does anyone know what I can do or use to get rid of it he’s been to the vets three times for it

  5. Yes, thank you, I’m capable of reading. That doesn’t mean every person who skims through their timeline is going to read on past the title. The picture depicts a healthy table of food which would connote to a person skimming that those are pet healthy foods. I’m seriously doubtful that you read every article that appears in your timeline every day.

  6. I can’t believe the number of pet owners who don’t educate themselves on this kind of stuff, I feel like anyone with a dog should know all this already (which a lot obviously do) so hopefully just quickly skimming a picture wouldn’t lead any responsible pet owner to give their animal anything. I mean, anyone in their right mind would check and double check, surely!?

  7. Sarah Mayne you would think (and hope) but it shocks me how many pets end up at the vet or in emergency care every year because their owners fed them something that was unsafe! There’s really no excuse in an age where we all have a phone in our hands that can tell us if it’s safe with a 10 second Google search
