    The Boston I have now is a rescue from the dog pound, they were going to put him down because they though he was very sick, all he needed was lots of LOVE and not to be beat. Had him for three years, has been a long road for him. He is not able to trust us.

    I love this and it makes me cry. My Gidget is my sweetheart and between her leaky heart valve and her collapsed trachea she struggles everyday. She will be 9yrs old in June and I am grateful for everyday she has been in my life. She has been by my side through the best of times and the worst of times. She is my best friend.

    20 made me tearful to, had 4 dogs of my own and two friends dogs that I went with to be put down. When my last dog was put down it was one of the lowest points of my life having lost my dad a few months earlier. A dog gives you so much love if you treat them properly.

    Awww must be a Rottie thing my Reeba lifted her head looked at me as if to say are you still with me Mum I gave her the biggest hug I could manage trying to fight back tears so I wouldn’t scare her I promised Id always be with her and I loved her so much then she lay her head back down and fell asleep will miss her forever x

    #9, definitely. more people need to know about #10. On #20 – We had to put our previous dog down. They gave him some sort of relaxant before the final injection. Once he passed out from that, I couldn’t stay. It was too heartbreaking. But his quality of life was so poor from kidney disease at that point, I know he needed the rainbow bridge

    Soo true and beautiful I cried the 2 quote all the way to the last one cause animals love us no matter what specially dogs they depend on us they only have 1 person we have family friends and they only want to play be loved cuttle
