  1. Our Lucy was a loyal, understanding, gentle friend, who I miss every day since we lost her a year ago yesterday, she did us proud in her 12 years and was devastated when she took her last breath. Reading the last one I know she loved us and knew she was loved too xx

  2. :'( My baby’s my life, I promised her the world and that i’d never abandon her from day 1. She’s been with me, at my side through good and bad times. She’s 10 now and my promise to her is as true as it’s always been, i’m with her every step of the way. She makes my heart burst with love.

  3. Been through 2 and it was no easier the second time. First was almost 20 and last one was just past 16. Still hurting and know you will too but it gets a little easier with time. Good luck to you.

  4. I love my baby so much, and the thought of her leaving me in the future is so painful. I know they don’t have a long life span, but I will make her years with us as happy as I can!

  5. #20 made me cry. I’ve only had my little Abbey for 18 months but, I swear….IDK what I’ll do if or when something happens to her. She has been my life since I got her. I Never knew I could love a non human as much as I do her. She has brought more joy to my life & heart than I can put into words. Pat Campbell, it took me 3 attempts to read your post, the 1st sentence made me cry so hard I couldn’t see. Can’t imagine your pain. And, I don’t think you’re nuts. I totally baby & pamper my Abbey. Anyone who doesn’t have a yorkie baby just doesn’t get it. My little girl has such a personality, she’s practically human.

  6. Victoria Tucker, same with my Abbey. And, to Pat Campbell, I’m afraid of big dogs getting Abbey too but, Abbey’s so little that even a normal size yorkie is a big dog compared to her.

  7. My Abbey is very photogenic too. I have people stop me all the time for 2 reasons….they want to take her pic or get me to take a pic of them with her (seriously, they do) And/Or they want to talk about her & find out if she’s in commercials/movies/TV shows.
