20 Things All Pug Owners Must Never Forget

What some call ugly others might call irresistibly cute! The Pug has turned into one of the most popular dogs in the United States.

These lovable dogs with wrinkly, short-muzzled faces and curled tails are often described as a lot of dogs in a small space.

Sometimes playful and clownish, sometimes calm and dignified, always sturdy and stable, good-humored and amiable — that is the Pug.

It’s been often said that dogs are the only creatures on earth that love you more than they love themselves. Well, Pugs are no exception!

But sometimes, we take our furry friends and wonderful companions for granted. There are important life lessons that are sometimes easy to forget in our hectic lives, that all Pug owners must never forget.

If we want to pay back the favor and give them the best life possible, these 20 important reminders should serve you well as awesome Pug owners. The last one (#20) brought me to tears…

  1. I love my Peaches more and more everyday!! She turned 1 on April 1st. I can’t wait to get home to her to see her little butt wiggle when I walk through the door. I take her everywhere with me that I possibly can!!

  2. OMG I’m so sorry to hear that Paula & for you to come home like that. My Bugsy was nine when he had to leave us. I still miss him even though it’s been over a year. Sorry to say but the pain doesn’t go away. I miss his fur all over my stuff, his snoring at night, & how excited he gets when I come home from work. Your puppy’s a cutie there. I’ll just think that your puppy Pepper is playing with my puppy Bugsy right now. Hang in there.

  3. Yep just died . Horrible . I still have her stuffed baby pug by my bed . I can’t get rid of it but I had to throw her bed and everything away I was so hurt and mad. Still am. Thanks for the sweet words.

  4. I’m so sorry for your loss, I bet Bugsy & Pepper were amazing, I hope you’re both ok.
My little puggy Angus has a tumour on his head that I’m waiting for results on, it literally is tearing me up waiting. I can’t bare the thought of not having him with me.

  5. We loved our Alfie so much. We were with him on Thursday when he went, holding him, sterling him and comforting him. He was just 5 months 20 days but very poorly. Heartbroken doesn’t cover it
