    So true. My Lab is 7 and he goes just about everywhere with me. He brings so much joy to my life and I try not to think too far ahead because there will be a huge hole in my heart when he is no longer with me. I’ve had many dogs in my life but Oscar is truly special. My special needs son also has a deep connection to him.

    Omg Tabatha. So beautiful. I cried with the last one. Still so raw for all of you. And one of the dogs looked like your sandy. My Zoe has come a little better. Permanently on pain meds. Vet said she is coping at moment. But said hips are stuffed. Off death row for now. It will destroy me. But like you I won’t let her suffer. It’s just too cruel. Hope you have your new baby puppy.
