The Siberian Husky is a beautiful dog that is free-spirited and (usually) good-natured with everyone. He is very playful, athletic, agile, and light on his feet. He loves the great outdoors and requires vigorous exercise, especially in cool weather.

He should be taken running, hiking, and/or biking every day, always on-leash, for he is independent and born to run. If something catches his interest, he'll be gone. Teaching him to pull carts and sleds gives him a purpose in life.

It’s been often said that dogs are the only creatures on earth that love you more than they love themselves. Well, Huskies are no exception!

But sometimes, we take our furry friends and wonderful companions for granted. There are important life lessons that are sometimes easy to forget in our hectic lives, that all Husky owners must never forget.

    He is with my dad now because I couldn’t take him away from the kids going to and from school that is what he loves most was the kids so when I moved out west I left him with my dad and still every day at 8am and 3pm he speaks till my dad puts him out to see the kids

    This is my Satie, she has been by my side for the last 14 years. She helped raise my kids, and patiently taught them just as many life lessons as I did. She guarded my home when I wasn’t able to, and even took on a cougar for me one time.
    I noticed this year that she’s getting older, she can’t play as long as she use to, and I have to help her get into my truck now. But until her last breath I’ll be there for her like she has been for me and my family, because I promised her forever, not until when.

    All of them were good and so true. Huskeys are such beautiful animals.. I had one that was Huskey Bull Mastiff mix and was such a good dog. She was so beautiful had one Brown eye and one blue eye. Was black with some white one her.
