  1. awesome article, I have had 3 girls in my life time, would not change them for any aother breed, they are super loyal, inteligent, fearless & awesome guardians, the one in the picture is Princess she will be 7 August 9 , she is my one & only girl & is great with my grandchildren, kids etc. but don’t touch me if you are a grown up or come in the car unless I tell her it’ cool, according to her thats her car, her yard , well if you ever had one, you know what I mean!!!

  2. #20 Really really hits home Our Family just lost our Beloved Boy on Sunday and we stayed with him to the end until he took his last breath. He was always so Loyal to us and we will Miss ALL his Love and Kisses he gave us daily. He was a rescue dog and to think of the previous people abusing him breaks my heart still because he was such a gentle giant (thought he was a lap dog :)who just wanted you to love on him and to love you in return and that’s exactly what he did he gave each one of us one last snuggle and his wet kisses before our final Goodbye ..he is truly missed!

  3. Can’t find my copy of SEPARATE LIFETIMES so this isn’t exact. Irving Townsend: We who share our lives with others even more temporary than our own, live within a fragile circle, easily and often breached. Knowing this, we still would live no other way.

  4. I feel so guilty for thinking of putting her down. She no longer can walk and i can barely control her pain with meds. Her hips are just done. She is 10 and has lived a good life. She is kinder than anyone I have ever met. And she is “baby.”

  5. They all hit home but especially #20. We lost our sweet baby Skyy at 6 years of age to cancer. She died in my arms. My gosh we love her so much. Tearing up as I am typing this. To all of you that also lost your baby I am so sorry and I know they are all at the Rainbow Bridge playing together but waiting for us to hold them again.
