  1. I’m a Beagle Mom and proud of it- at least I was. I stayed with my girl right to the bitter end. They tell me now at my age and health is not so good I can never have another one, the hardest words I’ve ever heard and I can’t see me ever wanting another breed. They are the best despite being master escape artists.

  2. I had a beagle when I was 13/14 loved her so much our neighbour took her hunting and lost her that would be 45/46 years ago now but I still think about her she was such a lovely girl

  3. We love our beagle!!! Cody is the sweetest dog! I was never a dog person til this little guy chose us – now, I couldn’t imagine our family being complete without his rolly poley cuddley loving self!

  6. I had a beagle named Honey, I wanted one since I was little. At the age of 40 I finally got one and she was the best, she was worth the wait. I only got to be with her till she was 12 when she got cancer and had to help her cross the rainbow bridge. I buried her in a special place, my heart. Now I have a beagle mix and because he’s part beagle that makes him one of the best.

  7. We had to put our beagle – Snoopy – down almost two weeks ago. She had just turned 12 and had developed cancer and a possible problem with her liver. We were there with her until the end. I am still crying because I miss her so much. I feel like a part of me died that day.
