    I’ve had. German shepherds all my life first one ar 6 years Iam now 79 our last one couple years ago .affectionate, loyal,protective, loves kids, kind, so lovable could go on and on forever missed RIP all of you❤️

    Love mine.old one is still very much a mummy’s boy. The one in garden is a rescue dog.but hansom boy. Even with his Gray hair.don’t like being in the house. And little one is a little monkey.but at 5months.is fantastic.Love my dogs.all of them

    Loved our German Shepherds so much! Cannot think of a negative quality the males possess. I’M too old to have another one, as they live for only 10 years, but I should not . Our last, Sarge, lived for 12 years before succumbing to rapidly degenerative disease . Our vet and I wept together as he gently put Sarge to sleep. What an incredible dog !! Wayne

    Carla L. Pickron Schreiber you didn’t because the entire article talked about how great of a dog they are. I have a Shepard and I agree with you they are awesome dogs. I wasn’t trying to be rude I know how headlines on articles can be misleading is all and this one was.

    German Shepherds ar the most loving and loyal also a great guard dog ever. I used to breed them yrs ago my male used to go into each of my sons rooms at bed time an check on each one of them every night to make sure they were safe an asleep before going back outside Max an Kahsarn both passed at 15yrs old a great loss.I would never own another breed

    I LOVE GERMAN SHEPHERDS I had a male shepherd when my kids were real young as they got older of I got another Shepherd because, I had to put the older dog to sleep. So of course when they all left the house I got another one and she last 10 and a half of years with me and I cry my eyes out because, I was hoping she would last longer so I say they are the best dogs you can have. LOVE JOANIE
