12 Reasons Why Dachshunds Are Actually The Worst Breed EVER

Ask any dachshund owner and they'll all tell you, without exception, that there’s no other dog worth owning. Dachshunds are not only one of the most popular breeds in America, but also one of the most loved today.

But why are these Sausage dogs (a.k.a. Weiner dogs, Doxies, Dashies, etc.) so popular today? Is it their irresistible sausage body, stubby legs and waving tails? or their bravery and loyalty to their humans?

The stubborn characteristics of dachshunds (making them a little difficult to train) can be traced back to those days spent learning and evolving into being great underground hunters. If they were easily swayed, they couldn’t have survived.

  1. Sorry. Not going through 12 pages one by one waiting for advertisements to load each time before moving on to the next page. Every time I see this crap I just cut it short and move on. It’s not necessary and I’m not doing it. Too bad. I really wanted to these little devils being the worst breed ever!. But not going there anymore Dachshund Lovers…

  2. Lol totally love reading everyone’s comments of there dashhounds and pics.. totally wish my dash hound could of stayed a puppy forever! Lol my dog ( dash) takes up most of the bed always by my side lol has a temper and is protective of me, always trying to steal food idk about the bad running part! He is uber fast and doesn’t wax out lol.. always has to be apart of what’s going on and is a huge whiner if he gets left behind lol.. my lil fur baby wouldn’t have it any other way! ❤❤

  3. Linda Lozano York: Why do people who point out an obvious issue with a site labeled a “whiner”? Many sites do this crap. You can be a little sheep and follow page after page if you want. I’m not doing it. So bite me!
