    Mine slept in bed with us and would wake me up every morning with the sweetest little kiss! We lost him in May at the age of 16 1/2, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t miss him. The best pup that I have ever owned, or, I should say, that has ever owned me!

    It is unhealthy, filthy but most of all: it fades the line between human and pet. I love my two dachshunds dearly but they are not kids and they should listen to me. If you let dogs sleep in your bed, they consider themselves equal to you and that is just plain wrong. Love them enough to give them bounderies.

    I have a mini dachshund and he will literally love you to death, he hugs your face,by covering it with his whole body; you can barely breathe than, gives thousands of kisses. PLUS.. HE NEVER SITS STILL. BUT…. YA GOTTA LOVE HIM!!
