A woman named Mollie Oliver has dedicated her time to help reunite veterans with their former battle buddies where they can live out their second chance at life alongside the soldiers they once knew so well. The bond between a military dog and handler is truly special, and it’s only right that these veterans get the first chance to adopt their old service dogs.
The news segment in the video below focuses on a yellow Labrador named Taylor leaving her military kennel for good. Princess Taylor had served her country her entire life by saving soldiers’ lives, and the Taliban even once placed a bounty on her head. Mollie’s goal was to reunite Taylor with her handler, Sergeant Tom Hansen.
Mollie Oliver paid for a first-class flight including all expenses to send Taylor to see her friend once again. The dog gets off the plane, turns the corner, and the reunion is the most heartwarming thing! It’s amazing to know these two get to spend the rest of their lives together. 🙂
