The Sloth Sanctuary of Costa Rica started rescuing sloths in 1997 with the mission to rehabilitate, research, and release sloths while retaining a strong emphasis on conserving the Costa Rican rainforest and preserving the habitat.
As for the employees, they’re lucky enough to be around lots of sloths every day! 😀
