A dog’s instincts are innate. Mother dogs understand that in order to take care of their babies, they need to keep them safe.
For one stray mama dog, she found the perfect spot to give birth so that her babies were hidden from the world (and any possible predators).
She found a large hole in the middle of the forest. She gave birth to two beautiful babies.
But knowing she needed to eat in order to stay strong and produce milk, she had no other choice but to leave them in order to find food.

Mama walked to the village and found kindhearted humans willing to share their food. She was starving! Seeing that she had just given birth, and was ravenous, the humans willingly follow her back to her babies.
She wanted them to. She led them there as if she understood that she needed their help in order to survive.

The rescuers follow mom and see her beautiful healthy babies. The babies cry because they’re scared but that’s understandable. The humans immediately pick them up and mom totally approves.
She gets it! Now it’s time to bring mom and her little family to a foster home. No more living outside, fending for yourself, Mama!

The puppies are precious. And they are perfectly healthy! Mom took such good care of them. You’ll see in the video below, that they grow fast.
They’re also loved by many. They go from being in a hole in the forest to sleeping comfortably on a giant dog bed.

Mom also gets a new wonderful life away from the streets. No more fending for yourself, sweet girl. The next step is to spay mom. She may not be thrilled by the process but it’s necessary.

The puppies continue to grow. Before long, all three dogs find their forever homes. Mom is happy with her new family, that takes her to the dog park as often as they can.
