The first trailer for “Breaking The Chain” has been revealed, and it’s an eye-opener to say the least.
The film will tell the story of animals who are left outside to fend for themselves and neglected while also showing them getting the help they need.
Whether the dogs are purposely abused or their owners just aren’t well educated on the matter, PETA is helping the flip the script.
