    I have a Pembroke and I’ve gotten lots of mix comments. Doxie/rottie was one of the first back when he was a puppy! And proportion comment. Most make me laugh but I do tend to get riled when people say he’s fat!

    The ruin of a good breed. And what’s worse is so many of the mixes end up in shelters or out running alone in the streets.
    A few end up in good loving homes but I am willing to bet for every picture here of these cute mixed there are 100 or more out there without homes. Very sad to ruin such a wonderful breed

    People also think my cardigan Ace is a mix of corgi and beagle and many other breeds, it’s exhausting explain that cardigans are just a different breed of corgi. In California people are only used to seeing Pembrokes.
