Dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes, arguably more than any other species in the world! For the last thousands of years, we’ve bred dogs to create breeds with different colors, coats, shapes, and sizes.
For the greater part of history, purebreds were the ideal canine type. But lately, mixed-breed dogs are rising and taking over. As you’re about to see, these dogs are just as awesome if not better than their purebred counterparts!
Take a look at these 22 adorable dog cross-breeds below.

The Dalmatian Doxie mix isn’t that. That’s a Dapple Doxie. Possibly a double dapple. It’s a coat pattern similar to Merle. I’ve owned a double dapple and knew several breeders who had dapple doxies. Don’t believe me. Check it out on any Doxie info page on coats. That or google it. Sorry to rain on the article’s parade

Yes, of course. Breed more animals to be euthanized by the tens of thousands. If you want a mixed breed mutt go to the shelter and adopt one. You can always adopt a pure bred too.

All mongrels, give them a name and the price goes up. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Why are these dogs not just called ‘Mongrels’? Or is that not politically correct anymore? I think naming them like this is just a way of dog breeders making fast money without having to pay to breed with thoroughbred dogs or is this just me?
Angie Baumhover

U know what! If u have a problem with cross breeding, here’s what u need to think of picture u marrying your cousin, yup that’s right your cousin, pure breeding is almost like that! Want to know how? Bc they are bred to the same kind they get many diseases and r passed down from generation to generation!
Staci Greene
