  1. The Dalmatian Doxie mix isn’t that. That’s a Dapple Doxie. Possibly a double dapple. It’s a coat pattern similar to Merle. I’ve owned a double dapple and knew several breeders who had dapple doxies. Don’t believe me. Check it out on any Doxie info page on coats. That or google it. Sorry to rain on the article’s parade

  2. Yes, of course. Breed more animals to be euthanized by the tens of thousands. If you want a mixed breed mutt go to the shelter and adopt one. You can always adopt a pure bred too.

  3. Why are these dogs not just called ‘Mongrels’? Or is that not politically correct anymore? I think naming them like this is just a way of dog breeders making fast money without having to pay to breed with thoroughbred dogs or is this just me?

  4. U know what! If u have a problem with cross breeding, here’s what u need to think of picture u marrying your cousin, yup that’s right your cousin, pure breeding is almost like that! Want to know how? Bc they are bred to the same kind they get many diseases and r passed down from generation to generation!
