    Our family loved the cockers, too. We had two black cockers like the one on the right. One (Jet) kept running away from home and one (Pepper) who came in from the rain soak n wet, so dad put him in the garbage where he had a convertible. Somehow the dog got on the roof and fell through. I believe dad gave him away. When I lived near you in San Jose, I found the blond cocker and kept him in the back yard. I advertised “lost dog”. but before anyone came to claim him, he ran away. I guess I wasn’t meant to have a dog/cocker. Bobbie
