As a good dog owner, you always need to stay alert on dog food recalls that's been publicly announced (at the least).
If you are thinking of giving your pooch a new type or brand of dog food, you gotta at least hop on to google and do your research to make sure the new dog food you have in mind have not been recently recalled.
As a case in point… a very well-known dog food brand (a brand every dog owners know) has announced a voluntary recall of certain packages they offer.
Even the most trusted of brands in the market with a good reputation does have occasional accidents like this that all dog owners need to be aware of before blindly trusting them and feed our pooches with their products.
Not to worry though… the information on the next page will tell you exactly what's going on, which well-known dog food brand is being recalled, and what you should be aware of if you have fed your dogs with the food being recalled.

Beneful and Purina in general are not good. Beneful has killed pets before. http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/lawsuit-claims-purinas-beneful-poisoning-killing-dogs-n312176

Doesn’t surprise me. Purine has never cared about the health and well-being of our pets. I will not use Purina products.

If you cared so much about passing this info along why not just tell us what brand is being recalled instead of making up some sensational headline to get people to fall for the clickbait and bolster your ad revenue? Sorry, I answered my own question there – apparently clickbait revenue > our animals…

Not really surprising considering the lack of quality and no regulations on the kinds of ingredients in foods like this.

Saved you a click and a waste of a whole page before they tell you
Purina has announced a voluntary recall of certain packages of their Beneful Prepared Meals, Beneful Chopped Blends and Pro Plan Savory Meals brands due to the packaged foods potentially not containing the recommended levels of added vitamins and minerals.

Purines Beneful is one of the worst foods you can feed your dog. Google it and you’ll see hundreds of people who’s dogs became violent ill or died after eating Beneful. We are pretty sure that’s what debilitated our Tucker to the point he couldn’t get up, would defecate all over himself and we had to put him down. Puritans denied any knowledge of something being wrong with their pet foods. There is a class action lawsuit that has be filed against them. If you love your dog, find an alternative to feed them. We currently use a locally made organic dog food, whose main ingredient is lamb, not corn. Spend the extra money and time and get a quality food for your pup. I’m not the least bit surprised that Purina is recalling food.

Why not just prepare balanced whole food meals for our pups like we do our children? Imagine feeding your children with pesticide and chemical laden food-product pellets? Are we really surprised by their cancer prevalence?

It’s about time they recalled their food. When we switched our dogs food several months ago, he got very sick.
Look up dog deaths related to Beneful. I will never feed my dog any of their dog food again!

I have a min pin/chihuahua mix that had seizures regularly for almost 2 years. We had been feeding our dogs the Beneful for years, saw the hype and lawsuits and decided to stop feeding it to our dogs just in case, so they wouldn’t get sick! Well immediately my little one stopped having seizures!!!! He has been seizure free now for well over a year, and our vet has confirmed the only plausible explanation is the food was causing them!! DO NOT FEED YOUR DOGS BENEFUL, IT IS DANGEROUS!!! We know first hand…
