Why are Pugs so popular? Could it be their good looks or unmistakable charm? What is so darn irresistible about these Pugs? Ask anyone who has ever known a Pug and they will tell you there is no other dog that compares.

As wonderful a breed as they are, they're not for everyone. As Pug advocates it's our responsibility to tell the truth and provide reasons why some people should never own pugs.

    Love my pugs. I’ll always have one as long as I live. I love other dogs too for other reasons but I must agree, my little pigs put a smile on my face every single day. But really reasons you should not own one, they are loud, they WILL be in the vet regularly for routine and other things, they need grooming and cleaning of folds and wrinkles, they are very sensitive. Lastly they don’t respect your personal bubble so if that’s you don’t get one.
