Dogs definitely feel bad about something naughty they've done… and their “guilty” expression is too cute and funny.

This French Bulldog is no exception.

Here's a guilty-looking Frenchie, Niko who's reaction is too cute and sweet when asked if he chewed up his owner's pen.

As you'll soon see, there's no need for an actual answer as Niko doesn't hide his guilt very well… at all! LOL

    I struggle with this concept. Canines don’t have the same emotions as people and they do not experience guilt. They are demonstrating a fear response to your disapproving tone and body language. We humans choose to call it guilt, because it doesn’t occur to most people that they have caused a fear response.
