Just like pit bulls, Rottweilers are often misunderstood and thought to be violent, vicious dogs that should be feared. Many people think that they shouldn’t even be let into a home!
And of course, that logic is exactly right. You totally should not let a Rottweiler into your house for these reasons. Just look at these ferocious creatures and tell me if you would want one in your family.

Rotties are great dogs. Mine died a year ago. These dogs are great
They are protective of there their pack and must be trained but they are playfully and loving. I would never have a different breed. They are playfull, and loving, they like to play hard. Where they get the bad rep is from their action where a member of their pack is in danger
Bree, my dog, saved my$#%&!@*a couple of time just by being by my side. They must be socialized. When Bree was young our small kid could be rough or gentile, you MUST set that up. They love everyone, and I have left lil kids on the floor with her. She loved rough play. I would trust my life and have several times. It’s how you raise them, they are loving and they just want your attention

Animals are NOT Born vicious People of mean spirit will make any animal, small or large mean if they work hard enough at it . People need to educate them self and NOT listen to BS about a dog. I have a pin on my coat I will trust a dog for a best friend before people!!!!

I’ve had three of them since I was born and I’m still a teen. Not ONCE did any of them physically harm me, even the second one who was quite the grump. It’s not the breed of dog that makes the dog, It’s the owner. Its how you raise it. If you raise it properly it won’t turn against you. If there is a dangerous Rottie, it’s because people haven’t treated it right, not because its a Rottie. That’s like saying since so many humans are dangerous, that our entire race are dangerous monsters. So no. No, I don’t agree at all.
