    Out of ALL of the breeds, this is one where you really need to make sure you’re buying from a reputable breeder. Go to English Bulldog Club of America and go through THEIR breeder referral. If they don’t meet the standards to be listed by their own breed club THEY SHOULDN’T BE BREEDING DOGS. Consider spending a little more on the purchase price upfront from someone who tests and titles their breeding dogs. It will save you a lot more (+ heartbreak) later on.

    well said Josh I was victim to a puppy scam not long ago, who wanted to “ship a bulldog to me for 750 pounds, I asked for her address so I could view the puppies with Mom, she gave a false address in Scotland, her name was Cindy ….shocking and cruel!!!
