Meet Columbus the Bulldog. One of his favorite pass times these days is playing on the hammock in the backyard, especially on a rainy day!

He loves when it rains because then he can run out to the backyard and then slip and slide on the hammock like a seesaw.

Yayeeee for Bulldogs! They are the worlds funniest dogs! He totally seems happy playing on the hammock in the rain! Maaan! This dog knows how to live LIFE!

    Just worries me about getting hurt although he does get back on it.Assume he is enjoying. Guess I am too protective . Beautiful dog.How does he get up on hammock without assistance. Can they jump that high? Never had 1,but was on edge thinking he may fall off.Feel certain I worry cause have had dogs with back and hip issues and arthritis.

    I agree with you on the concerns of him eventually getting hurt (and potentially quite badly), but, yes, Bullies can jump surprisingly high, when they want to. His half jump, half high step method of mounting the hammock seems pretty typical of how ours gets on the couch when he’s being lazy. There is a lot of power in those stubby little legs!
