Oh My!! It’s A Baby Boxer Fire Engine!! Soooooo Sweet!!

After her mommy, Lucy, came into a local shelter, the volunteers found out she was pregnant (in spite of 3 vet checks who all failed to pick up on a pregnancy… WOW!).

This adorable surprise litter contained this little spitfire. Just listen to the adorable little boxer puppy, Cali's howls! She’s got some serious spunk already! Awwww!

Check out the video on the next page. This short video clip will make you smile from ear to ear… guaranteed!

  1. I do both. I absolutely have to have a well bred boxer (parents tested for heart anomalies, thyroid disease and now degenerative myelopathy). They die all too often too young like my previous boxer at 1.5 years of cancer and heart disease. The boxer is my favorite breed and I will not watch another suffer from these diseases but love them too much to walk away from the breed. I’m very responsible as are the breeders I use breeding only the most genetically pure boxers (1 or less litter per year). That being said, MOST boxer breeders do not do any testing and people need to be careful as this contributes to overpopulation and disease! That’s why the lines are rampant with cancer, etc. I also am an avid shelter adopter of pit mixes that people pass over. I’ve had just as many shelter dogs as my boxer babies. It’s a hard balance but achievable.
