20 Things All Labrador Owners Must Never Forget

One of the best dogs for children of all ages, Labrador Retrievers are kindly, good-natured, and take most things in stride.

Most Labrador Retrievers are very friendly with everyone, though compared to Golden Retrievers, many Labs are just a bit more conservative with their affections.

It’s been often said that dogs are the only creatures on earth that love you more than they love themselves. Well, Labrador Retrievers are no exception!

  1. We just lost our 16 year old English Lab one week ago. We were with him 24/7 since he was 1 year old as we were retired. Still crying over him. He will always be in our hearts and we will meet again.

  2. I will never forge the day I had to say goodbye to my Choc Lab Cheyanne! I lay on the floor holding her in my arms. She was grunting as she always did when she was content. Then it stopped…:(

  3. Our Bo and Maize are the center of our world. Yes I have grown kids and yes I have grandchildren, but they have their own lives that include us when possible. These guys include us ALWAYS. Love them to the moon and back, and yes, never want to think about number 20!
