  1. Yes tears are flowing, Thanks for this made me remember Katie on her last days I held her and told her she would be free of cancer and no more pain,I know she understood me God Bless her

  2. Our Lab mix, Amos, has been gone for over 10 yrs now. Not a day goes by that I dont miss him. I loved this story but think it applies to all pets. Animals bring so much joy to our lives and the pain we feel when they leave us never really goes away.

  3. we lost our loving black clinton last year it hurts so much when he was telling me his ready to go i said noo but that didnt stop him for 13yrs is early for us to leave.his gone for a year now still hurts in my chest love both of them so dearly

  4. My lab Dougal was put to sleep aged 14, 7 years ago. I wasn’t with him (like I had been with all our other dogs) as I was in hospital having an operation for cancer. Two weeks later I woke up in the night to find him sitting at the side of my bed looking at me and telling me in his way he was fine and well and saying goodbye. It still brings tears to my eyes even now. At least. Had a chance to say goodbye.
