20 Things All Dachshund Owners Must Never Forget

Curious, lively, charming, and brave, Dachshunds are similar to terriers in their demands to be in on everything.

The comical clowns love to play games and have a great sense of humor. They are loyal little dogs, very attached to their family, and they firmly believe that sleeping under the bedcovers is in the Dachshund Bill of Rights.

  1. The last one is true for sure, I recently lost my sassy , my little dachshund of 14 yrs. of course, to me, she was the greatest, sweetest, most loving partner I could ever have, and she is missed dearly. When she took her last breath and went to sleep forever, a very large part of me went with her.

  2. Cricket, on the right (dox/chi)is my resident delinquent! She’s such a turkey!♡ She adores her older brother and sister. And is also the master food thief! This morning she dove onto my plate, shoved a slice of pumpkin bread in her mouth, and ran around gleefully wagging her tail, eating as quick as she could.
