  1. so true, feeling lost without my papillon gone month and half, we were together 247 for almost 12yrs, if im gone for 5min im already miss him and now that he has joined angels, my heart is broken and hard moving forward, everyday no matter what i do, i miss him as we did everything together..he was my unconditional luv…:( i feel those who lost they luv…..

  2. Her last breath broke my heart in a million pieces. She was my first boxer. We got her as a rescue and she was soooooooooo sick. I tried for almost 2 years to bring her back to good health. She had some good days but I feel selfish for prolonging her suffering. I miss her terribly.

  3. Thank you all for sharing your stories, they have me on the verge of tears. And I am sorry for your losses. Our Little Man was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma Monday. Don’t know how much time we have left, but will cherish every moment with him.

  4. This reminded me of my first Boxer who we had put to sleep after she had a stroke, she was 12 and had been active. I was so attuned to her responses I knew she was sick, my husband thought I was nuts. It took me almost a year before I could look at her picture without crying for hours. She is always in my heart! :”(
