Boston Terriers are known for being very intelligent — sometimes too much so.

Their lively, affectionate nature makes them extremely lovable, though their sometimes stubborn nature or spurts of hyperactivity can land them in hot water with their owners.

Any angst about their behavior, however, soon melts when they look up at you with those huge, round eyes that seem to say “I love you.”

It’s been often said that dogs are the only creatures on earth that love you more than they love themselves. Well, Boston Terriers are no exception!

But sometimes, we take our furry friends and wonderful companions for granted. There are important life lessons that are sometimes easy to forget in our hectic lives, that all Boston Terrier owners must never forget.

    Magnum, my heart and soul. People often look at me when I say “can I bring my boy”, I mean they bring their children, right?!! Or when I say “he’s my first born”. Loves his mommy and daddy and even sleeps right in the middle of us, just to make sure he touches the both of us. ❤️

    I have 3!! I can’t even bear to think about losing any of them… they are my children!! I love them all so much!! I do everything I can WITH them… and give them all the love I have! #20 needs to stay far away!

    Linda Stodder Plummer, My first boston had them too, then I realized and changed 2 things. One….they need more potassium than other dogs, so I feed mine at least a small piece of a banana every day. Also, if you are feeding ANY dog Pedigree dog food….STOP. It does not have enough nutrition. I reccomend Science Diet or Wellness or Blue Buffalo. I hope this helps your dog. Try giving your dog a one inch piece of Banana starting today, and withing 2 days you should see a difference. Best of luck to you. I love my Bostons!!! They are part of the family. 🙂
