  1. Ok I cried on #20 too.. love my basset hound everyday, I talk her ears off, (no small feat) she is hugged every morning and a good night hug evety night. Invited up to bed, greeted everytime I walk through the front door. Held my last lady as she passed away at 15 years old. Miss her, but there was and always will be room in my heart to rescue again.

  2. I am so sorry for your loss!!!! I will keep you all in my prayers!!! I know how hard it is to lose a dear member of your family!!! He will wait at the Rainbow Bridge for you!!!!!

  3. I’ve had Basset Hounds for 25 years. If the day ever comes that I’m not able to have a Basset, that’s the day I’ll lose my will to live. They are my babies and bring me so much joy. That’s my little girl Gracie in my profile picture lounging by the pool!

  4. Weve lost the one on the left. My beautiful baby girl crossed the bridge at only 10 and a half years young. They have a basset bustle in hamilton, ontario..does anyone know about it and is coming?? It will be my 6th year going. Tons of fun and raises fund for basset rescues
