50 Dogs Hoarded In Tiny, Barren Cages Left To Be Euthanized After Farm Is Shut Down

The dog meat industry is becoming more and more of a taboo in South Korea these days thanks to the truth getting out about the inhumane treatment and killing of these innocent animals on farms.

For each and every one that is shut down, we come that much closer to them becoming a thing of the past entirely.

Recently, a dog meat farm and slaughterhouse in Yongin was raided and shut down by local authorities. But this left 50 dogs to be euthanized as they had nowhere for them.

So the Humane Society of the United States stepped in and joined forces with animal protection groups in the area for rescue!

The poor, neglected dogs were found in barren metal cages in their own feces and without proper water or food as they awaited their cruel fates.

But Humane Society International along with LIFE, Korean K9 Rescue, and Yongin Animal Care Association were able to work together to save all 50 of them!
